CM Himanta Biswa Sarma Makes Official Announcement via Facebook Live
Guwahati: The long-awaited results for multiple recruitment exams in Assam have finally been announced. Chief Minister Himanta Biswa Sarma, in a Facebook Live session, revealed the official result dates for ADRE Grade III & IV, Assam Police SI, Constable, Driver, and Commando Battalion Constable recruitment exams.
Official Result Dates
- ADRE Grade III & Grade IV: 7th March 2025
- Assam Police Sub-Inspector (SI): 6th March 2025
- Assam Police Constable: 12th March 2025
- Assam Police Driver: 4th March 2025
- Assam Police Commando Battalion Constable: 27th March 2025
CM Urges Complaints Against Overqualified Candidates in Grade IV Exam
During his address, CM Sarma urged the public to report cases where candidates with higher educational qualifications, such as B.A. or M.A. degrees, had appeared for the ADRE Grade-IV exam, which is meant for lower educational criteria. This move aims to ensure fairness in recruitment and provide opportunities to genuinely eligible candidates.
Citizens can now officially lodge complaints if they find any discrepancies in the eligibility of selected candidates. The government is committed to maintaining transparency in the recruitment process.
