Four Dead, Seven Injured in Himachal Pradesh Bus Collision

HIMACHAL PRADESH, 21 June 2024- Four people lost their lives in a tragic accident involving an HRTC (Himachal Road Transport Corporation) bus in the Chori Kenchi area of Jubbal, Shimla district. The accident occurred when the bus met with a collision, resulting in the fatalities of four individuals, including the driver. Additionally, seven others sustained injuries and were promptly taken to nearby medical facilities for treatment.

The incident has caused deep sorrow in the local community, with authorities mobilizing swiftly to manage the aftermath. Details regarding the cause of the accident are currently under investigation by local officials to ascertain the factors contributing to this unfortunate event.

The HRTC bus, which was traveling in the region, encountered the accident site under circumstances that are yet to be fully clarified. Efforts are ongoing to provide support to the injured and their families during this challenging time.
