On January 26, 2024, Rosemi was traveling on a bike with a man, presumably known to her, from Borpung to Dolamara via Tarapung. The sinister incident occurred in the dense forest between Tarapung and Dolamara. Following an extensive five-day search operation conducted by the local communities of Dolamara and Tarapung, Rosemi's lifeless body was tragically discovered in the vicinity of Ruipi Langso waterfall in Dolamara.
The community is grappling with profound grief, and the horrifying nature of this crime has left everyone in shock. Rosemi's soul, taken away in such a brutal manner, has left an indelible scar on the hearts of those who knew her.
After an intensive five-day search conducted by family members and concerned relatives, the lifeless body of the minor was finally located near the Ruipi Langso waterfall in Dolamara on the evening of January 30. Dolamara police promptly took custody of both the suspect, Dilip Rongphar, and the victim's remains.
