This year witnessed the voluntary disarmament of numerous groups, symbolizing a collective commitment to peace. Moreover, the revocation of AFSPA (Armed Forces Special Powers Act) has been extended, reflecting a strengthened sense of security and normalcy in the region.
One of the most noteworthy achievements of the year is the absence of any lives lost to extremist violence. This milestone not only underscores the effectiveness of the implemented measures but also stands as a testament to the successful collaborative efforts between the government and the community.
