The morning session welcomed Director General of Assam Rifles, Lt. Gen PC Nair, as the chief guest. Lt. Gen Nair, in his address, lauded the vitality of Nagaland's traditions, symbolized by rhythmic beats and resounding cheers. Expressing the Assam Rifles' commitment to peace and prosperity in Nagaland, he highlighted initiatives, including a noble project training students from remote areas for national-level competitive exams.
