Simultaneously, both the entire consignment of Heroin No. 4, valued at Rupees 2,06,69,600 (or Rupees Two Crore Six Lakh Sixty-Nine Thousand Six Hundred Only), and the accused party have been handed over to the Champhai branch of the Excise and Narcotics Department.
