Deputy Speaker Slams Opposition Alliance, Forecasts Landslide Victory for NDA in 2024 Polls
Deputy Speaker of Assam Legislative Assembly Criticizes Opposition Alliance, Expresses Confidence in NDA's Victory.
July 25, 2023- In a recent statement, Dr. Numal Momin, Deputy Speaker of Assam Legislative Assembly and a senior leader of the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP), has strongly criticized the newly formed opposition alliance, the Indian National Developmental Inclusive Alliance (INDIA). He branded it as a "Coalition of Corruption" and expressed confidence that the BJP-led National Democratic Alliance (NDA) will secure more than 400 seats in the upcoming 2024 Lok Sabha polls.

In his address to ANI, Dr. Momin praised the initiatives taken by Prime Minister Narendra Modi, particularly highlighting digital transactions and direct benefit transfers (DBT), which have played a crucial role in curbing corruption in India. He expressed concern that the opposition alliance, if elected to power, might reverse these beneficial measures, hindering the progress the country has made in this area. Dr. Momin emphasized that the NDA is committed to development, while he portrayed the opposition coalition as representing corruption.

One of the key issues pointed out by Dr. Momin is the lack of unity and discipline among the leaders of the 26 political parties forming the opposition alliance. He cited internal disagreements about leadership positions and power-sharing as prevalent within the coalition. In contrast, he lauded Prime Minister Modi's leadership, stating that the people of India have faith and admiration for him.

As the 2024 Lok Sabha elections approach, Dr. Momin expressed unwavering confidence in the BJP-led NDA's victory. He believes that Prime Minister Modi's strong support and the trust he enjoys among the masses will play a crucial role in securing the coalition's triumph. According to him, the people of India desire development and peace, and he firmly believes that the NDA will emerge victorious with an overwhelming mandate.

Looking ahead to the forthcoming elections, Dr. Momin urged the people of India to make a decisive choice between a "Coalition of Corruption" and a "Coalition of Development." As the political landscape evolves, the battle lines are drawn, and this election will be a significant moment for the nation to exercise its democratic right and determine the course it wishes to take for its future prosperity and progress.
