Earlier, Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan had mentioned taking action under the National Security Act against the accused. Madhya Pradesh Home Minister Narottam Mishra stated on Wednesday morning, "The arrest has been made, and the accused is in custody. Legal action has been taken. The Chief Minister has stated that NSA will be imposed on the accused."
Since this incident, social media and even the Congress party have claimed that the accused, Pravesh Shukla, is a representative of BJP MLA Kedarnath Shukla. In light of this, it is being questioned whether similar action will be taken against him using a bulldozer.
Responding to questions regarding the use of a bulldozer, Narottam Mishra said, "According to Congress, a bulldozer will not be used, but according to the law, a bulldozer will be used. If there is encroachment, then a bulldozer will be used."
