Boosting Teaching Skills: Education Minister Ranoj Peju Applauds Successful Refresher Course
Empowering Education: AHSEC's Refresher Course Elevates Teaching Standards in Lakhimpur Girls' College.

Education Minister Ranoj Peju commends AHSEC for organizing a special event, the Refresher Course, held from 15th to 20th July, aimed at enhancing the teaching skills of high school teachers from Lakhimpur Girls' College. The event proved to be a valuable opportunity for educators to grow and improve their teaching methods. The Refresher Course was graced by esteemed professors from reputable institutions like IIT Guwahati, Tezpur University, and Dibrugarh University, who served as Resource Persons.

The participation of these renowned professors added immense value to the event, providing valuable insights and knowledge to the attending teachers. This event's success can be attributed to the combined efforts of Rukma Gohain from AHSEC and Suresh Datta from OPD College, who took the initiative to organize and coordinate the Refresher Course.
The primary aim of the Refresher Course was to equip high school teachers with the latest and most effective teaching methodologies, allowing them to better engage their students and enhance the overall learning experience. By incorporating innovative approaches and fresh perspectives, educators can inspire and motivate their students, fostering a conducive learning environment.

During the event, the professors shared their expertise on various subjects, allowing the teachers to gain deeper insights into their respective fields. The interactive sessions and workshops facilitated a dynamic exchange of ideas, further enriching the participants' knowledge and teaching techniques.

The Education Minister acknowledges the importance of such initiatives and believes that they play a vital role in elevating the standard of education in the region. By investing in the professional development of educators, the government aims to create a positive impact on the education system, ultimately benefiting the students and preparing them for a successful future.

The successful completion of the Refresher Course has garnered appreciation from the education community, and it serves as an excellent example of how collaboration between academic institutions can lead to meaningful progress in the education sector. Such events should continue to be encouraged and supported, as they contribute significantly to the growth and development of the teaching community and, consequently, the nation's education landscape.
