Arunachal Pradesh: Chief Minister Pema Khandu expressed his delight as he attended a one-day interaction programme with officials of the Arunachal State Rural Livelihood Mission. The event witnessed the presence of Shri Bamang Felix, a member of the cabinet, and his advisor, Smt Gum Tayeng.

In a significant move to empower women and promote local entrepreneurship, CM Khandu launched 'Mother's Kitchen' and allocated a seed fund of Rs 75 lakh to support its various units. This initiative aims to provide women with a platform to showcase their culinary skills, fostering economic independence and creating opportunities for self-employment.
In a virtual launch, CM Khandu also inaugurated #SHG outlets at Itanagar. These outlets will serve as a marketplace for products crafted by Self-Help Groups (SHGs) from across the state. The platform will not only exhibit their exceptional craftsmanship and creativity but also contribute to boosting the local economy while preserving the cultural heritage of Arunachal Pradesh.
Highlighting the government's commitment to creating a sustainable and inclusive environment for socio-economic progress, CM Khandu announced the establishment of three Ekta Malls.
