GUWAHATI: Orientation Program Marks the Influx of Fresh Talent into Public Health Engineering Department

Guwahati witnessed a momentous occasion today as the Public Health Engineering (PHE) department conducted a grand orientation program for the newly recruited Class III and Class IV employees. The prestigious Sri Sri Madhavadeva International Auditorium in Guwahati served as the venue for this significant event.

Presiding over the orientation program, cabinet minister Jayanta Mallabaruah expressed sheer delight as he welcomed 239 candidates into the PHE department. The minister extended his heartfelt congratulations to all the new recruits for their remarkable achievement. In his address, he emphasized the potential of this fresh wave of talent to cultivate a new working culture in Assam.

"The addition of these young individuals to our department will undoubtedly bolster our operations and enable us to efficiently execute the JJM (Jal Jeevan Mission) and SBM(G) (Swachh Bharat Mission-Gramin) projects," stated Minister Mallabaruah. He further emphasized that the merit-based recruitment process ensures that the new employees are equipped to diligently and honestly contribute to the department's objectives.

Expressing his gratitude, the minister conveyed his appreciation to the Honorable Chief Minister, Dr. Himanta Biswa Sarma, for his commitment to fulfilling the aspirations of the youth in Assam.
