Kohima, Nagaland: In a significant development aimed at boosting the healthcare infrastructure in the state, Chief Minister Neiphiu Rio paid a visit to the Nagaland Institute of Medical Science and Research (NIMSR) at Phriebagei, P-Khel, Kohima.
