Mizoram: In a bid to address the ongoing violence in Manipur, the Chief Minister of Mizoram, Shri NBiren Singh, held a phone conversation with his counterpart in Manipur at 12:30 PM. The discussion aimed to seek assistance from Mizoram's government in resolving the issue and fostering a peaceful coexistence among communities. Specifically, the focus was on facilitating a peaceful settlement for the Mizoram Meitei residing in Manipur.
During the conversation, Chief Minister Shri NBiren Singh expressed his concern over the violence and sought Mizoram's aid in resolving the situation. He conveyed his hope for a peaceful coexistence moving forward.
