The idol of Lord Ram will be crafted by the skilled Mysore sculptor, Arun Yogiraj, using Shyamshila. Yogiraj has already arrived in Ayodhya to commence the creation of the idol, which holds great religious and cultural importance for millions of devotees.
In another noteworthy decision, the Yogi government has announced that the entry gate in Ayodhya will be modeled after the magnificent Ram Mandir. This gate, located on NH-28, will be officially named 'Sri Ram Dwar,' signifying its association with Lord Ram.
Furthermore, several other gates will also be given significant names, reflecting different characters from the epic Ramayana. These gates include 'Bharat Dwar,' 'Lakshman Dwar,' 'Hanuman Dwar,' 'Jatayu Dwar,' and 'Garud Dwar.' These names pay tribute to the revered personalities and divine beings depicted in the ancient epic.
