Guwahati: The Government of Assam, under the Directorate of Tribal Affairs (Plain), has issued a notice inviting applications from eligible candidates for financial assistance to Scheduled Tribe (ST) students of Assam who have qualified for appearing in the mains examination of the Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) for the year 2023-24.
