PATNA: Patna witnessed the successful conclusion of the 13th meeting of the Standing Committee of the Eastern Zonal Council, where delegates from Bihar, Jharkhand, Odisha, and West Bengal, along with representatives from various Union ministries and departments, gathered to discuss and deliberate upon a range of inter-state issues.
