Currently, the Navy boasts an impressive participation from approximately 656 districts nationwide. However, our unwavering commitment compels us to strive for nothing short of complete nationwide representation.
As we delve deeper into the demographics, we noticed a concerning trend: a lack of adequate representation from the beautiful regions of Ladakh and the northeast. This realization has fueled our determination to rectify the situation and ensure that every district within our great nation is part of this remarkable journey.
Diversity lies at the heart of our vision. We firmly believe that inclusivity is the key to a thriving and harmonious society. By amplifying the voices and experiences of individuals from all corners of India, we can create a more comprehensive and enriching environment within our naval forces.
