GUWAHATI: Education Minister Ranoj Pegu took to Twitter to announce the launch of the Padmanath Audio Dictionary, a digital tool for the Assamese language. Developed by the Publication Board Assam, this dictionary is a significant step forward in promoting and preserving the Assamese language.

The Padmanath Audio Dictionary boasts an impressive collection of 18,000 Assamese words, complete with International Phonetic Alphabet (IPA) symbols and speech sounds. This comprehensive resource aims to facilitate language learning and understanding for both native speakers and enthusiasts worldwide.

Minister Pegu encouraged individuals to access the Padmanath Audio Dictionary by visiting the Google Play Store, searching for "Padmanath," and downloading the app. With this user-friendly platform, individuals can explore and utilize the dictionary effortlessly.
