Shantanu's decision to work at a petrol pump has become an inspiration for other young people who aim to finance their college education. As the only son of MLA Phani Bhusan Choudhury from the Bongaigaon assembly constituency, Shantanu's determination to take care of his admission expenses by himself has gained attention.
In an interview with the media, Shantanu shared his perspective, stating, "Although my father, who is an MLA from the Bongaigaon constituency, can provide me with financial support for my studies, I prefer to earn my own money and pursue my education with that. While my father is capable of assisting me, I want to cover my own expenses. He supports my decision and encourages me to do well. I hope this message resonates with other young people, urging them to engage in productive work rather than getting involved in negative activities. After all, no work should be considered too big or small."
